Fiduciary Assistant =================== About the Role As part of the fiduciary team, you will independently manage a portfolio of Swiss corporate and private clients and act as a trusted adviser across a range of financial and administrative matters. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact * Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management accounts * Handling Swiss payroll, VAT, and tax matters * Supporting company formations, restructurings, and liquidations * Advising clients on day\-to\-day accounting and fiduciary topics * Coordinating with auditors, tax advisers, banks, and external stakeholders * Supporting and mentoring junior team members where applicable The position requires a hands\-on approach, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates independently within a fast\-paced fiduciary environment. About the Candidate We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in the Swiss fiduciary/trust industry. This role is best suited to professionals currently working as a "Mandatsleiter Treuhand", "Treuhänder", or in a comparable Swiss fiduciary accounting function.
