We are looking for a passionate and caring childcare assistant to join our team and to help create a positive, fun and safe atmosphere for the children in our care. As a Childcare Assistant, you will work alongside our qualified childcare professionals to support the daily activities of the children. Your role will include assisting with educational activities, organizing playtime, ensuring children’s safety and well-being and supporting their social and emotional development. Key Responsibilities; Assisting in providing high-quality care and supervision for the children. Help organize and participate in play and educational activities. Support children with their daily routines. Maintain a safe and clean environment for children at all times. Communicate effectively with children, parents and team members. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of a level 5 In childcare studies. Previous experience working in childcare or a similar role is desirable. Ability to work in a team is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy and creativity.
