Name of employer: Oink Oink Holdings Limited Trading as Borgo Description of employment: Job Title Personnel Manager, Working as a personnel manager. Oversees staffing, scheduling, and staff development and leadership of personnel. Source, interview, and hire FOH staff. Create weekly staff schedules optimized for expected guest volume while managing labor costs. Lead ongoing staff training on service standards, menu knowledge, POS systems, and upselling techniques. Conduct regular performance evaluations, address interpersonal conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary. Execute and ensure high standard service for guests, large parties, and special events, including festivals. Determines staffing needs. Oversees the preparation of job descriptions, drafts advertisements and interviews candidates. Oversees the monitoring of employee performance and career development needs. Provides or arranges for provision of training courses. Develops and administers salary, health and safety and promotion policies. Examines and reports on company structures, chains of command, information flows, etc. and evaluates efficiency of existing operations. Considers alternative work procedures to improve productivity. Stays abreast of relevant legislation, considers its impact on the organisation’s HR strategy and recommends appropriate action. Plan, organise and direct the personnel and training policies of the company for FOH staff. Supervising staff and creating schedules to optimise business efficiencies. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations for staff. Conflict resolution. Helping create and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere. Advise on resource allocation and utilisation problems. Measure the effectiveness of an organisation’s systems, methods and procedures and advise on, plan and implement procedures to improve utilisation of labour, equipment and materials. Minimum annual remuneration €36605 per year. Location of employment: The Old Bank 162-165 Phibsborough Road, Dublin D07 RX3P Ireland Hours of work: 39 hours per week.
