At our Oliver Plunkett Street location we combine a well-stocked health store with a café and organic deli, offering fresh, healthy and predominantly plant-based dishes prepared daily. We work with trusted local suppliers and focus on quality, flavour, consistency and creativity to deliver high-standard, freshly cooked food in a professional and collaborative kitchen environment. We are looking for a qualified Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and help maintain the standards that define the Here’s Health experience. Main Responsibilities - Prepare, cook and present dishes to consistently high standards, with an emphasis on fresh, healthy and organic options. - Manage and operate your assigned kitchen section efficiently. - Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu preparation and daily operations. - Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety guidelines and kitchen hygiene standards. - Monitor portion control, stock rotation and minimise food waste. - Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment. - Contribute creative ideas for menu development and seasonal specials, including vegetarian, vegan and wholesome options. Candidate Profile - Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position. - Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations, ideally with experience in healthy, organic or plant-based cooking. - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy café/kitchen environment. - Excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills. - Solid understanding of HACCP and food hygiene requirements. - Must be available to work 39 hours per week on-site in Ireland.
