Mayo •Job Title: Mason x 2 BG Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of Gallant Groundworks Limited for two masons. Duties will include carrying out masonry and bricklaying work on residential, commercial and civil construction projects. Responsibilities: •Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications. •Set out walls, foundations and other masonry structures accurately. •Lay bricks, blocks, concrete blocks, stone and other masonry materials. •Prepare and mix mortar, concrete and other materials as required. •Construct and repair walls, partitions, foundations and other structures. •Carry out pointing, jointing, rendering and finishing work. •Use hand tools, power tools, levels, measuring equipment and other construction equipment safely. •Work from scaffolding, ladders and other approved access equipment where required. •Follow construction drawings, site instructions and health and safety requirements. •Maintain a clean and safe working area. •Requirements: 2 years’ experience relevant to the role •Salary: €36,605 •Hours per week: 39 •Location: Cloonliffen, Ballinrobe, Co.
