Supervision & Safety Management: The role involves supervising participants during recreational activities and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures. The Playground Leader will monitor playground equipment and facility conditions while maintaining participant safety as the primary focus during all activities. The Playground Leader will work collaboratively with recreational staff, participate in staff meetings and training sessions, and support other programs and activities as needed.
