We are seeking an experienced Architectural & Furniture Designer / 3D Visualizer with strong 3D modelling, rendering, and technical drawing skills. The role covers both architectural and furniture design projects, from concept development and technical drawings to detailed 3D models and high-quality visualisations. Key Responsibilities • Create detailed 3D architectural, interior, and furniture models. • Produce high-quality renderings using SketchUp and Lumion. • Prepare architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and technical documentation. • Produce detailed furniture and joinery drawings for bespoke and custom pieces. • Develop furniture concepts, materials, finishes, dimensions, and construction details. • Translate concepts and sketches into accurate drawings, models, and presentation visuals. • Coordinate architectural, interior, and furniture design elements throughout projects. Requirements • Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills. • Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion. • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit. • Experience in architecture, interior architecture/design, furniture design, or a related field. • Ability to produce accurate architectural, furniture, and joinery drawings. • Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction details, and furniture design. • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage deadlines. Preferred • Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Furniture Design, or similar. • Professional experience in an architectural, interior, or furniture design environment. • Experience with bespoke furniture, cabinetry, fitted furniture, or joinery. • Strong portfolio demonstrating technical drawings, 3D modelling, furniture design, and rendered visualisations.
