Being part of a warm, colourful team of wonderfully unique humans. Challenging how people think about food. Guiding people outside of their comfort zone. The occasional vomit to clean up. Still here? Good. That’s interesting. At the Disgusting Food Museum, we don’t just show things. We challenge, entertain, educate, and connect. People come for the food. They stay for the experience. You ARE the experience. Some people love a challenge, others need to be persuaded. Your job is to figure out which approach to use, and when. Be warned, people will swear at you lovingly forever.
