QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing security programs and procedures to identify and resolve security problems related to a fully functional Security Program (e.g., personnel security, physical security, industrial security, information and operational). Major DutiesYou will directly oversee and manage a small team of enlisted and/or civilian personnel to ensure multiple secure facilities remain operational for fleet support.You will provide a variety of non-standard security functions and specialized duties related to the unique operational and administrative requirements of assigned programs.You will coordinate with internal and external agencies ensuring only trusted entities have access to classified information and information systems.You will train subordinate units to execute significant portions of Personnel Security (PERSEC) Program.You will be responsible for pursuing initial accreditation for new construction SAPFs, and for maintaining accreditation of existing facilities.You will directly supervise a team of Security Specialists, Assistants, and/or military personnel who perform a wide variety of security and administrative support services.You will provide program indoctrination and debriefings of highly technical and sensitive special projects.
