Client Details Our client is an internationally active organisation with offices across multiple countries. Their Brussels team operates in a professional, collaborative and multicultural environment where efficiency, excellent service and teamwork are key to success. As the organisation continues to grow, they are looking for a reliable Office Operations Assistant to help maintain smooth day-to-day office activities and provide essential administrative support. Description Act as the first point of contact for visitors, answering calls and welcoming guests professionally. Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, proofreading and reporting. Coordinate meeting rooms , catering arrangements and logistics for internal meetings and events. Manage office supplies , kitchen stock, consumables and general workplace organisation. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and courier services. Support facilities-related requests and liaise with external suppliers when needed. Assist with access badge administration, workspace set-up and daily office inspections. Prepare the office for opening and help maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment. You have at least 1 year of experience in administration, office coordination, reception or workplace support. You are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel. You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an asset. You are highly organised, proactive and able to multitask effectively. You have a strong service mindset and enjoy supporting both colleagues and visitors. You are hands-on and willing to assist with practical office and facilities-related tasks. You are reliable, discreet and able to work independently. You are available to work on-site in Brussels on a part-time basis, Monday to Friday from 9AM to 1PM.
