Jobomschrijving Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end supply chain activities Manage planning, inventory and logistics processes Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics Improve forecasting accuracy and stock management Collaborate with production, procurement and sales teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives Manage suppliers and logistics partners Lead and develop the supply chain team Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience in supply chain management Strong knowledge of planning, inventory and logistics Experience with ERP systems Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Fluent Dutch, French and English is mandatory Hands-on, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
