As a Head Technician, Senior Mechanic or Technical Coordinator, you combine hands-on technical expertise with the daily coordination of a small team. Your main focus is diagnosing and resolving technical issues on heavy equipment. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults. Perform assembly, disassembly and modification work on machines. Carry out machine inspections and functional checks. Support machine testing, commissioning and validation activities. Prepare technical reports and troubleshooting guidelines. Coordinate daily work planning and priorities for two mechanics. Perform quality inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives. For this position, you bring: Experience in construction equipment, heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive or industrial maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge. Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. Proven experience in troubleshooting and technical fault finding. Experience coordinating or guiding technicians in daily work planning. Good command of English, as this is the working language. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Sufficient computer skills to work with digital reporting tools and systems.
