Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the tender process. A successful Tender Specialist should have: Educational background relevant to Customer Service or Life Science. Experience in managing tender processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Excel) Good communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of the market is an asset.
