About this role
Responsibilities Design and coordinate the full implementation trajectory of the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) legislation. Ensure the organization meets all legal obligations regarding the resilience of critical entities. Implement organizational, technical, and operational measures to safeguard service continuity. Coordinate risk management , business continuity , and crisis management processes within the project. Connect and lead multidisciplinary teams to align on compliance and governance objectives. Follow up on legislative and organizational requirements to ensure demonstrable compliance. Requirements You bring 5+ years of experience in Project Management , Compliance , Risk Management , or Business Continuity . You possess expert knowledge in Risk Management , Crisis Management , and Business Continuity Management (BCM) . You have a strong understanding of Compliance and Governance processes. You bring affinity with infrastructure and operational security processes. You're analytically strong and risk-oriented with excellent coordination skills. You possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. You are native or bilingual in Dutch . Nice to Haves Experience with organization-wide change projects. Knowledge of English .
