As a (Senior) Project Manager Insurance (m/f/d) at SIXT you take full end-to-end ownership of international insurance projects with measurable impact. You drive strategic initiatives to optimize our claims costs, lead cross-country projects to success, and ensure decisions are implemented quickly. You implement cross-country projects to reduce claims costs operationally, from planning to success trackingYou analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business cases and ROI analysesYou drive strategic insurance initiatives, RfP processes, and digital transformation projects proactivelyYou prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholdersYou coordinate international, cross-functional teams and align closely with Country Teams, Insurance, IT, Fleet Management, and FinanceYou organize workshops, meetings, and trainings, ensuring smooth communication across all project participantsYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Qualification You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Insurance, or a comparable fieldExperience You bring professional experience in project management, ideally with a focus on Insurance or Risk ManagementAchievements You have proven success in executing complex, international projectsIndustry Knowledge You possess strong knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally in fleet insuranceMethodology You have solid project management skills, both agile and traditionalSkills You work analytically, structured, and communicate confidently in English; German skills are a nice-to-haveWHAT WE OFFER
