About this role
▪Analyze, develop, and promote innovation in performance management.
▪Monitor the actions of participants in performance-related changes under your responsibility.
▪Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), to identify areas for improvement.
▪Track and report on equipment downtime and availability, support on corrective actions to minimize machine unavailability.
▪Support root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
▪Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
▪Analyze quality-related costs, including scrap, rework, and warranty claims, to identify cost-saving opportunities.
▪Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.
▪Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement initiatives.
▪Evaluate and recommend investments in new technologies and equipment upgrades to improve overall performance.
Engineering Bachelor’s degree or correlated areas.Fluent English;Lean Manufacturing knowledge; Differentials:
