Our Benefits: - A long-term perspective in a forward-looking industry - Challenging work with a high degree of personal responsibility - The possibility of continuous training and certification in the respective field of activity - Flexible working hours to create a pleasant work-life balance - A pension scheme and other very good social benefits from an international company - A workplace in a professional environment with very good, free parking facilities and good public transport and traffic connections Your responsibilities: - Create high-quality marketing assets for print and digital channels, including brochures, flyers, presentations, sales materials, social media assets, email templates and web graphics. - Design and develop creative campaign materials that support brand awareness, lead generation and business growth - Create and edit video content, motion graphics and animations to support campaigns, social media activity and digital communications. - Produce and adapt artwork for use by European Operating Countries, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and local market requirements. - Create, maintain and optimise sales enablement materials that support sales teams and partners in promoting Toshiba's Workplace Solutions portfolio. - Manage the production and delivery of creative projects, collaborating with internal stakeholder, Operating Countries and external agencies to ensure high-quality output. Your Profile: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing design, creative marketing or multimedia design role. - Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, ideally in a Mac environment. - Proficiency using video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent. - Highly creative, with a strong visual eye and passion for design. - Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects. - Fluent in English (spoken and written); any additional European language is a plus Für Bewerber/Bewerberinnen, die Ihren festen Wohnsitz im Ausland haben: Die Zentrale Auslands- und Fachvermittlung (ZAV) hilft Ihnen bei der Arbeitssuche in Deutschland.
