About this role

Responsible for performing required performance testing on various materials and goods within the facility. Working closely with production and quality personnel when materials are found out of specification.

Will be required to complete training; including training on all lab equipment specific to assigned areaAble to setup various assigned pieces of lab equipmentAble to read and understand spreadsheets, customer forms, specifications, and blueprints with the ability to record and analyze dataPerform various checks including rate, bond, and paint checks with assigned equipment May be required to change shifts or work overtime. May, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description. High School Diploma1 year of technical background or experience preferred.Additional informationMechanical aptitude as needed for the area of assigned workAbility to read and interpret information from specifications, standard operating procedures, visualaids, etc.Ability to operate more than one piece of equipment simultaneouslyAble to become proficient in laboratory systems usedAbility to use standard Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, etc.)Good communication skills.Ability to submit to a panel interview process.
