What You'll Do
Help lead and motivate the store team
Assist with day-to-day store operations
Provide excellent customer service
Train and coach team members
Maintain product quality and store standards
Help create a positive, team-focused work environment
Assist with deliveries when needed
What We're Looking For
Must be at least 18 years old
Dependable with reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to lead
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to work approximately 35–50 hours per week
Basic computer and math skills
Restaurant or food-service experience preferred
Leadership or management experience preferred
Driving Requirements
Because Assistant Managers may make deliveries, you must have:
Valid driver's license
At least 1 year of driving experience
Safe driving record that meets company standards
Current vehicle insurance and registration
Access to a reliable vehicle that meets company safety standards
Physical Requirements
This is an active position. Team members must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The position also includes working around ovens, coolers, outdoor conditions, and standard restaurant cleaning products.
