Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily delivery targets and customer expectationsOperate the provided company vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulationsLoad, transport, and unload packages with care, ensuring proper handling and protection of itemsMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmationsCommunicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issuesPerform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage promptlyNavigate using GPS and mapping technology to optimize routes and minimize delivery timesCollect payments or verify delivery information as required by company proceduresMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure compliance with company standardsRespond to customer feedback and work collaboratively with the logistics team to improve service quality Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar customer-facing roleStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with GPS, mapping applications, and basic technology platformsPhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes and weightsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of traffic regulations and vehicle safety standardsProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing delivery schedulesProfessional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfactionReliability and punctuality in meeting delivery commitments BENEFITS
