Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery schedulesMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipmentsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concernsInspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition and report any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies to maintain a safe driving recordLoad and unload delivery items carefully, ensuring products are handled with care and delivered in excellent conditionCommunicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing our organizationMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history (if 18 years old); minimum 1 year of driving history (if 19 years or older)Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery useMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company-specific safety standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology for route planningExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesPhysical ability to lift, carry, and load packages safely (up to 50 lbs regularly)Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong commitment to attendanceKnowledge of traffic laws, road safety practices, and defensive driving techniquesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and varying shift schedules as neededPositive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team members BENEFITS
