About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Take phone and in-person orders in a friendly, professional manner.
Order Entry: Accurately enter orders using the computer keyboard or touch screen.
Food Prep: Prepare pizzas and side items to product standards.
Inventory: Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
Maintenance: Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.
Requirements:
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Bike Skills: Must be able to ride a bike safely and proficiently.
Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Reliability: Must be punctual and available to work nights and weekends.
Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 30 lbs, and perform precise hand/finger movements.
Environmental Exposure: Work in fast-paced environment with temperature extremes (36°F to 500°F), exposure to food fumes, dust, and occasional outdoor weather conditions.
Sensory & Mental Requirements: Near/mid-range vision, depth perception, ability to hear and speak clearly, and capacity to work under stress while maintaining quality standards.
