We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team in St. Louis, United States, based at 10109 Lewis and Clark Blvd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service quality. With a company-provided vehicle, you will manage your delivery routes independently, representing our organization with every customer interaction.
Execute daily delivery routes in the St. Louis area with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all packages reach their destinations on timeMaintain organized records of deliveries, including signatures, delivery confirmations, and any exceptions or issues encounteredPerform pre-delivery vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns to managementNavigate routes using GPS and delivery management systems to optimize efficiency and reduce travel timeProvide professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns promptlyHandle packages safely and securely, following proper lifting techniques and package handling protocolsCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issuesMaintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company in the fieldComply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during all delivery operations Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass background checksProven experience in delivery, logistics, or a similar field-based roleStrong knowledge of the St. Louis area and local road networksExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic delivery management softwarePhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining attention to detailProblem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to route changes and unexpected situationsReliable transportation and commitment to vehicle maintenancePreferred: Experience with delivery tracking systems or route optimization softwarePreferred: Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish) BENEFITS
