Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and timeframesNavigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize travel timeMaintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service during every interactionInspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance; report maintenance needs promptlyHandle packages and products with care, ensuring they arrive in excellent conditionCollect payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate delivery documentationCommunicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsAdhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and vehicle operation standardsOrganize and prioritize multiple deliveries to meet daily performance goalsBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skillsProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic mobile technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safelyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicCustomer service orientation with a positive attitude and friendly demeanorAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldValid proof of vehicle insurance and registration BENEFITS
