As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Highland area. Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routesNavigate local roads and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer serviceCommunicate professionally with customers, address inquiries, and handle special delivery requests with a friendly demeanorMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any delivery notes or exceptionsInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyLift, carry, and carefully handle packages of varying sizes, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving recordBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization's commitment to quality serviceOrganize and plan efficient routes to maximize deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption and travel timeRespond professionally to customer feedback and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparency Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientationKnowledge of local roads and familiarity with navigation tools or GPS systemsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveryWillingness to pass a criminal background checkAbility to work independently while maintaining accountability and quality standards BENEFITS
