Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerNavigate assigned routes efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery records and documentationProvide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experienceInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle cash and card transactions accurately, following company protocols and security proceduresMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure proper product storage during transitCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards to ensure safe operationsBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all timesMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposesMust pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanorPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery itemsAbility to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedulesReliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlinesKnowledge of the local Belleville area is preferred but not requiredPositive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team membersAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed BENEFITS
