We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Mascoutah location (9785 Hayden Dr.). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient service and on-time arrivalsMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmationsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concernsInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance checksSafely load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damageFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encounteredMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveriesMust pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsReliable transportation and consistent punctualityPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customersValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveriesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed BENEFITS
