Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Cahokia areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and courtesyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlySafely load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage and ensure product qualityFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving recordCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our professional standardsBuild positive relationships with customers and represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetPhysical ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages up to 50 pounds regularlyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfactionAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication and feedbackPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Knowledge of the Cahokia area and surrounding neighborhoodsMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
