We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our East Alton location (341 W St Louis Ave). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within East Alton and surrounding areasNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping tools to optimize delivery times and fuel consumptionMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathyInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safe operationsHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct locationsCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issuesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant deliveriesBuild positive relationships with customers, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery itemsDemonstrated reliability and punctuality with a professional attitudeAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededFamiliarity with local East Alton area roads and neighborhoods (preferred)Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer service roles (preferred)Proficiency with mobile devices and GPS navigation systems (preferred)MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
