As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Scott AFB area and surrounding neighborhoodsNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and fuel consumptionProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesyMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or issuesInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and safety compliance; report maintenance needs promptlyHandle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, or customer concernsFollow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelinesBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization's commitment to quality and reliabilityOrganize and manage delivery schedules to meet daily targets while maintaining flexibility for urgent requests Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation and consistent attendancePhysical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyFamiliarity with the Scott AFB area and local roads is a plusProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic mobile technologyValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveryA positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication BENEFITS
