We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team at our Manchester, United States location (667 Big Bend Blvd). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every delivery is completed on time and in excellent condition.
Operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulationsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumptionLoad, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to designated locationsObtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as requiredMaintain accurate delivery records and update tracking information in real-timePerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyProvide professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concernsMeet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining quality standardsInspect packages for damage before delivery and report discrepanciesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar driving roleStrong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety regulations, and vehicle operationExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management softwareStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsReliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and eveningsPhysical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditionsProfessional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and commitment to accuracy in delivery documentation BENEFITS
