We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our Chesterfield, United States location (105 Long Rd). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and goods to customers throughout the Chesterfield area and surrounding regions. You will represent our organization with every interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of service and punctuality.
Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and company policiesPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily delivery targets and customer time windowsLoad, unload, and secure packages and goods in the delivery vehicleObtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as requiredMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including delivery confirmations and customer feedbackPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damageCommunicate professionally with customers and address any delivery-related inquiries or concernsNavigate using GPS and delivery management systems to optimize routes and track progressMaintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all timesMeet performance metrics including on-time delivery rates and customer satisfaction standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation roleStrong knowledge of vehicle operation and basic maintenanceProficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management softwareExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsPhysical capability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyAbility to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficientlyFamiliarity with local Chesterfield area roads and geography (preferred)Experience with handheld delivery confirmation devices (preferred)Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for larger vehicle operations (preferred) BENEFITS
