We're looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location (10486 W Florissant Ave). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers throughout the St. Louis area while maintaining exceptional service standards. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring every delivery is completed on time and with care. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocolsPlan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery timesLoad, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to customer locationsObtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as requiredMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including delivery confirmations and customer feedbackPerform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or mechanical concernsCommunicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related issuesMeet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining a high standard of service qualityEnsure packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transport and deliveryFollow company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, and vehicle operation Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordProven experience operating delivery vehicles or commercial trucksStrong knowledge of vehicle operation, maintenance, and safety proceduresExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planningCustomer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clienteleFamiliarity with delivery management software and mobile applications (preferred)Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation services (preferred)Physical capability to work in various weather conditions and environmentsReliable attendance and punctualityStrong communication skills, both verbal and written BENEFITS
