We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Jacksonville location (901 W Morton Ave). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout JacksonvilleNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivityProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experienceInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmationsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concernsAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehiclesManage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectationsBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong customer service orientation and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technologyReliable transportation and consistent attendanceProfessional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safetyAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveryWillingness to pass a criminal background checkMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
