Deliver orders promptly and professionally to customers throughout assigned delivery routes in VandaliaNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiencyMaintain accurate delivery records and customer information with meticulous attention to detailProvide outstanding customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concernsInspect vehicles daily to ensure they are safe, clean, and properly maintainedHandle cash and digital payments securely and accuratelyCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or issuesAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesBuild positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyaltyMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMinimum 1-2 years of driving history (depending on age)Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standardsStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery itemsProficiency with GPS navigation and route planning toolsReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesAbility to work flexible hours across day, evening, and closing shiftsKnowledge of the Vandalia area and local streets (preferred)Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently BENEFITS
