Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Centralia and surrounding areasPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concernsInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe operationHandle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer feedbackMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesBuild positive relationships with customers to enhance brand reputation and encourage repeat business Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesPhysical capability to safely lift and carry packagesDemonstrated reliability and punctualityPositive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to navigate using GPS and route planning toolsKnowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety proceduresFlexibility to work varied schedules based on business needsClean driving record with no major violationsMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
