As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Peoria area, following all traffic laws and company safety protocolsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation and local area knowledge to maximize productivity and minimize delivery timesProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and a positive attitudeAccurately handle, organize, and protect products during transport to ensure they arrive in perfect conditionMaintain detailed delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructions or issues encounteredPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management promptlyCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackRepresent the organization professionally at all times, building positive relationships with customers and the communityMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible schedule that adapts to business demandsHandle cash or digital payments securely when required, following company procedures and maintaining accurate transaction records Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verified driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle in good working condition that can be used for deliveriesMust pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries efficientlyExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitudeProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone technology for route planning and communicationPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes and weightsReliable and punctual with a strong commitment to meeting delivery schedules and performance expectationsClear communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team membersKnowledge of the local Peoria area is preferred but not requiredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needsDemonstrated resilience and problem-solving ability to handle challenges professionally and efficiently BENEFITS
