Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Pekin areaNavigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery timesProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experienceVerify delivery addresses, customer information, and order accuracy before completing transactionsHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all completed deliveriesCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or customer concernsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all timesMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of service quality Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operationsMust pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules consistentlyPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizesPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer serviceAbility to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as business demandsKnowledge of the Pekin area and local road networks (preferred)Valid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registration BENEFITS
