Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerNavigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery timesProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and handling transactions professionallyMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctlyInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operationCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsHandle cash and card payments securely, following company protocols and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our brand standardsFollow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practicesBuild positive relationships with customers and represent our organization with integrity and professionalism Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsMust have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPhysical capability to safely lift and carry delivery itemsFamiliarity with the Pekin area or willingness to quickly learn local routes and neighborhoodsReliable transportation and commitment to punctualityPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer serviceBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep BENEFITS
