Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Minooka areaProvide friendly, professional customer service and represent the organization positively at every deliveryAccurately load, transport, and unload packages while ensuring product quality and integrityNavigate routes efficiently using local knowledge and navigation tools to meet delivery schedulesMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactionsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleHandle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalismOrganize delivery sequence to maximize efficiency and minimize travel timeCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstaclesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong time management and organizational skills with a commitment to punctualityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededKnowledge of local roads and neighborhoods in the Minooka area (preferred)Proficiency with GPS and navigation technology (preferred)Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveryWillingness to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record verificationPositive attitude, reliability, and resilience in a fast-paced delivery environmentAbility to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team BENEFITS
