We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our 200 East Norris location in Ottawa. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient service and on-time arrivalsCarefully handle and transport packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionProvide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and addressing any questions or concernsMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmationsPerform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encounteredBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at every stopOrganize and manage your delivery schedule to meet daily targets and performance goals Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicPhysical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizesPositive attitude and genuine commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to work independently and follow directions from managementPreferred: Knowledge of local Ottawa area and familiarity with GPS/navigation systemsPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experienceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
