We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team at our Plano, United States location (7060 Burroghs Ave). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our delivery operations to ensure exceptional service and on-time performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage complex logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate and manage daily delivery operations, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocationOptimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while maintaining service qualityMonitor delivery performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesCommunicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status, timelines, and any potential issuesCollaborate with internal teams, logistics partners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery executionTroubleshoot delivery delays, exceptions, and customer concerns, implementing timely resolutionsMaintain accurate delivery documentation, records, and compliance with company policies and regulationsAnalyze delivery feedback and customer satisfaction data to drive continuous operational improvementsManage vendor relationships and performance to support reliable delivery servicePrepare reports and presentations on delivery metrics, performance analysis, and recommendations for leadership Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain managementStrong knowledge of route optimization and delivery scheduling principlesProficiency with logistics software, delivery management systems, and data analysis toolsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teamsDemonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service experience with a focus on satisfaction and issue resolutionAbility to analyze data and metrics to drive operational decisionsExperience with vendor management and performance monitoringFamiliarity with supply chain processes and best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business applications BENEFITS
