We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Streator location (1613 N Bloomington St). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient service and on-time arrivalsMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactionsProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanorInspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleHandle cash and payment transactions accurately and securelyCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encounteredMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all timesBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally in the community Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesCustomer service orientation with a positive, professional attitudeAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededReliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlinesPhysical ability to lift and carry packages safelyFamiliarity with local Streator area roads and navigation is a plusWillingness to maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness standards BENEFITS
