We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team at our Bloomington location (2205 E. Oakland Ave.). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages and goods to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. As a Delivery Expert, you will be the face of our organization, and your commitment to excellence will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery timesExecute daily deliveries to multiple locations while maintaining accurate records and documentationCommunicate professionally with customers regarding delivery schedules, special instructions, and any delivery-related concernsInspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks before each shiftUtilize delivery management systems and GPS technology to track shipments and navigate routes effectivelyHandle packages with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and meet customer expectationsResolve delivery challenges and exceptions in real-time, including rerouting and customer communicationMaintain organized records of deliveries, signatures, and customer feedbackAdhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating company vehiclesCollaborate with the logistics team to address operational issues and improve delivery processes Proven experience in delivery operations, logistics, or a similar customer-facing operational roleStrong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple stops and prioritize deliveriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetProficiency with delivery management software and GPS navigation systemsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPhysical capability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyDemonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsAttention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred experience with inventory tracking systems and last-mile delivery operationsPreferred knowledge of route optimization techniques and delivery logistics best practices BENEFITS
