We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Pontiac location (1036 W Reynolds). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Pontiac areaPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery time commitmentsProvide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company with a positive attitudeVerify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery recordsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyHandle products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect conditionCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any challengesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle at all timesFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practicesBuild positive relationships with customers and respond professionally to inquiries or concerns Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and collaboratively with team membersPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery itemsReliable and punctual with a demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlinesPositive attitude, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routesBasic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform routine checksProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications (preferred) BENEFITS
