Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Champaign area in a timely and professional mannerPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivalsMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructionsProvide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalismInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptlyHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition and are placed appropriately at delivery locationsFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving recordCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackMaintain a professional appearance and conduct that reflects positively on our organizationDemonstrate resilience and flexibility in adapting to changing delivery schedules and customer needs Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanorAbility to navigate using GPS technology and local knowledge of the Champaign area (preferred)Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizesReliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery schedulesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalPositive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative teamKnowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting (preferred)MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
