Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers' homes and businesses during late night hoursNavigate efficiently using smartphone applications and route planning toolsProvide professional and friendly customer service during all interactionsHandle cash and credit card transactions accurately and transparentlyMaintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle at all timesFollow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies consistentlyCommunicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveriesAssist with basic store closing duties and inventory management as neededResolve delivery issues and customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skillsMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordReliable personal transportation to and from workAbility to work flexible late night shifts and weekendsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilitiesBasic math skills for accurate transaction handlingProficiency with smartphone applications for navigation and order managementPhysical capability to lift and carry orders up to 25 pounds regularlyHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisionsCommitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practicesPrevious experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation (preferred)Familiarity with the Champaign area and knowledge of efficient routes (preferred)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
