We are seeking an experienced 3PL Senior Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and leading the AMXL network in Egypt. Key job responsibilities - Manage end-to-end operations of the AMXL network (Fulfillment Centre and Transportation) for the Egyptian market - Contribute to the annual Operational Plan 1 (OP1) and Operational Plan 2 (OP2) processes, setting strategic goals for 3P AMXL operations - Lead and develop a team of Area Managers (AMs) and Process Assistants (PAs) in the AMXL network - Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in handling and delivering oversized items - Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations - Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end delivery process for large items - Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet business objectives - Develop and implement innovative solutions to address unique challenges in the AMXL network - Interface with 3PL providers and serve as the main point of contact for internal teams
