About this role
The International Seller Services team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead Selection Economics and growth. In this role, you will lead Amazon's strategy to drive third-party selection growth in emerging & established markets by identifying selection gaps, developing acquisition strategies, and building AI-native solutions that connect sellers with manufacturers at scale. You will own both the "what" (which selection to grow, in which categories, for which markets) and the "how" (an AI-native platform that automates the seller-manufacturer coordination lifecycle end-to-end). You will partner with data, science, and engineering teams to build and scale this platform across sourcing countries and marketplaces. Key job responsibilities - Identify and prioritize selection gaps using unmet demand signals, category growth trajectories, competitive density, and seller economics to determine where new selection creates the most customer value - Create frameworks to evaluate selection opportunities across marketplaces, balancing customer demand, manufacturer supply capability, landed-cost economics, and seller profitability. - Lead cross-border selection initiatives, identifying successful selection patterns in one market and scaling them across geographies. - Build measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of new selection initiatives on GMS, selection breadth, and marketplace health. - Own the product roadmap for an AI-native platform that connects sellers with manufacturers to grow selection across the full lifecycle: opportunity discovery, demand consolidation, production coordination, fulfillment, and post-order launch - Partner with data, science, and engineering teams to develop and scale selection growth offerings. - Drive alignment across regional teams to ensure consistent execution of global selection strategy while accommodating local market needs. - Define the operational model for how AI-native automation and human account management work together: where the platform acts autonomously and where humans add value
