We are looking for a driven Program Manager to execute the programs that keep Technology Supply Chain (Tech-SC) moving. Working within the SCOPE team, you'll own delivery of programs that the Tech-SC depends on. - Own defined programs end-to-end — from intake handoff through delivery - Run repeatable onboarding and product workflows reliably and at pace - Partner across Tech-SC's pillars with high visibility to senior leadership - Grow your scope as you master the mechanics of how Tech-SC delivers Key job responsibilities - Own the delivery of defined programs from intake handoff through completion — plan, drive, and land against clear goals and timelines - Coordinate cross-functional partners to remove blockers and keep programs on schedule - Identify risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution or clear escalation - Maintain program status, reporting, and stakeholder communication so progress is always visible - Contribute inputs to operational cadences (MBR/QBR inputs, goal tracking) within assigned programs - Support the SCOPE central intake process by taking execution work to delivery A day in the life No two programs look the same. One morning you're taking a newly-scoped program and turning it into a plan with a real date on it; by afternoon you're three onboardings deep, keeping each moving while a partner team throws you a curveball you have to clear before it slips. You're the person who makes things land — chasing the dependency nobody else caught, getting the right people in a room, giving leadership a straight answer on where things stand. You'll juggle several programs at once and get sharp at spotting the repetitive work eating everyone's time — and making it disappear. About the team The Supply Chain Organization Program Enablement team is the central program management and business operations function for Technology Supply Chain (Tech-SC). We coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage new business intake, and drive delivery assurance across our partner organizations supporting a $1B asset portfolio spanning Amazon Worldwide Stores and AWS infrastructure.
